SUGGESTED MEANS OF ACCESS:
The building in on the south side of Turk St. midway between Gough
St. & Laguna St. (next door to the huge new Emergency Services (911)
Communications Center). Pedestrians
walk from Geary Blvd and Gough St. to Turk, then right ½ block, or
from Van Ness Ave, west via Turk St., to ½ block past Gough
St.
(on the left).. There is also pedestrian access via a mid-block gate on Golden Gate Ave. It
is suggested to NOT walk coming from the west either from Geary Blvd via
Laguna St., or via Turk
St. coming from
the west. MUNI: Any 38 Geary to Gough
St. ,
45 or 48 Van Ness, to Eddy or Turk Sts.,or 31 Balboa to Ellis & Gough. (see map) Drivers NOTE! DO NOT PARK ON THE WESTERN HALF-BLOCK OF TURK ST. TOWARD LAGUNA! BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET ARE RESERVED 24/7 FOR THE 911 CENTER EMPLOYEES ONLY. THERE SHOULD BE AMPLE PARKING ON GOUGH, O'FARRELL, EDDY OR GOLDEN GATE, EAST OF THE WACTC BUILDING |
